All types of disasters :-

→Earth quake :- This happens when the plates inside the earths crust collide each other. These also happend due to over mining and nuclear explosions.

→Floods :- These occur when there is heavy downpour of rain.Many houses get washed away (in villages).This causes a main impact on villagers.There will be food scarcity and unsafe water.

→Tsunami :- These are the Tidal waves which occur near the sea shores . These are very dangerous waves. We need to take shelther on high lying areas .Fisherman should not go out.
》Tsunami can keep moving more than the speed of running man .

→Drought :- These are caused when there is no food , water and the fields become barren.
Drought can also be considered as heavy term disaster as it shows impact on people badly.It takes many years to get rid of droughts.

→Cyclones :-These are the worst disasters .These are caused most likely near coastal areas.These are very big ans whirls with the help of winds .

Types of disasters :-

Human induced disasters :-
These are caused due to human activites .
Like Drought etc.

Natural disasters :-
Caused by nature , these are unstoppable .
Like Earth quakes , cyclones etc.

There are
Rapid disasters :-
These takes place rapidly affecting lakhs of people and complete everything within fraction of seconds.
→Earthquakes , cyclones.

★Slow onset disasters
These occur for many years .There won't be any favourable conditions.
→Drought.
