a)This cross involves crossing between TTPP and ttpp plants hence gametes with alleles TP and tp resulting in all TtPp offspring. As tallness and purple colour are dominant characters, all the offspring of F1 generation will look tall with purple colour of flowers

b)Ratio of tall plants to dwarf plants obtained in F2 generation is 3:1.

c)

Plant that shows recessive trait is absent in F1 generation but appears in F2 generation because in F1 generation it gets masked by the dominant trait whereas in F2 generation there is a cross between two heterozygous parents due to which recessive trait gets a chance to appear.
