I am writing this letter on behalf of my school team regarding a tour of ten days that my team and I took with your company "Mount Travel and Tourism" on February 5July, 2018. The brochure stated that we would see some of the most interesting sights of the Nangal in Punjab . Since we had visited the place before, we looked forward to seeing some new attractions.

On the morning of February 25, our tour guide picked us up in a small and bad bus which was not appropriate for 50 students . It did not look like any tour bus I had ever seen. Our tour guide drove us to the water front area and said that we could explore the area on our own. The tour guide said that he had to leave for a short time to arrange for our lunch.

By the time the tour guide came back, three hours had gone by! We were very angry and confrontedhim.
The food which he served to us, was inferior in quality.

I told him that this was the worst tour I had ever been on.

so , I am asking for to take strict action at the tour guide and tour management team .
