hey there, :- population of men in the village =1/5 and population of woman in the village = 2/5 so the population of the children in the village will be 2/5 as 1/5+ 2/5=3/5 and 5/5 - 3/5 =2/5 ... and the no. of children is 3000 . so the population of woman will also the same as 3000 as both are in the fraction of 2/5. and the population will be 3000÷2=1550 as the population of man is half of children and woman so the total population will be 3000+3000+1500 =7500.... hope it helps
