Answer: x = -3.

Step-by-step explanation:

now , open the brackets.

you will get that

 \frac{-5x}{3} -\frac{25}{3} -\frac{x}{4}  + \frac{5}{4} = \frac{x}{6} - \frac{5}{6}

now,

take all terms containing x on one side and take LCM in LHS & RHS.

\frac{25x}{12} = \frac{-75}{12}.                      so, x = \frac{-75}{25} = -3.
