Answer:

We know that

  \epsilon =  \frac{d \phi}{dt}  =  \frac{d (BA )}{dt}  = B \frac{dA}{dt}

Note that in all quadrants dA/dt is same . because angular velocity is fixed .

dA/dt = Area traced by rod in unit time , so

 \frac{d A }{dt}  =  \frac{\pi {l}^{2} }{( \frac{2\pi}{ \omega}) }  =  \frac{1}{2}  \omega {l}^{2}

Now

Direction of it is outside pane ( use thumb rule ) ,

So in one cycle sum of different emfs

  \epsilon = (B_1 - B_2 + B_3 - B_4) \frac{da}{dt}  \\  \\  = (0  -  B_0 + 2B_0 - 4B_0) \frac{1}{2}  \omega {l}^{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{ - 3B_0 \omega {l}^{2} }{2}

   \huge{\red{\epsilon_0=\frac{ - 3B_0 \omega {l}^{2} }{8} }}

Divide it by 4 to take average
