is a liquid of PH 4 more or less acidic than a liquid of PH 8 explain why?

more acidic because ph8 will be basic in nature

A liquid of pH 4 is more acidic than pH 8....b'coz,we knows that the pH scale is having below 7 is acidic and above 7 is basic..
