given,

each side =10cm

one  of the diagonal BD=16cm

let the diagonals intersect at O

we know tht, diagonals in a rhombus make 90degrees at the centre. we also  know tht diagonals bisect    each other..

so.. AO=OC and BO=OD

from triangle AOB, (AB)^2=(AO)^2+(OB)^2

(10)^2=(AO)^2+(8)^2

100=(AO)^2+64

AO^2=100-64

AO^2=36

AO=6cm

length of other diagonal= BD=AO+OC

6+6=12 cm
