So we must have
5x - 8 = 2x + 82
=> 5x - 2x = 82 + 8
=> 3x = 90
=> 3x / 3 = 90 / 3
=> x = 30

<A = 5x - 8
= 5 × 30 - 8
= 150 - 8
= 142

<C = < A = 30 ( opposite angles )

< A + < D = 180 ( adjacent angles)
142 + < D = 180
< D = 180 - 142
= 38
< B = < D ( adjacent angles )
< B = 38

Thus
< A = 142
< B = 38
< C = 142
< D = 38
