But now some days, the phone is not working properly.I think the gets detective by some one, because when i charging the phone it's gets heating up.And also battery was getting discharged vastly and also hanging up.Through which I face a lot of problems. so I want to exchange my phone.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Rakesh Gupta from 7 - G , Sarita Vihar from New Delhi. I am writing this letter to tell about my complaint in your phone.

My complaint is that 2 months before. I had bought lava 4 phone from mobizone , pocket 4 main market , Sarita Vihar. But from past two weeks, the phone is not working properly I am facing too many problems. When I will put the phone for charging the phone get's heated up too much even while using phone the battery drains up / discharge vastly and also the phone hangs up twice a day.

As I am facing too many problems in the phone I request3 u to exchange the phone or you can give me a new phone and fix the problem in the old phone and give me back.
