The triangle PQR is an isoceles triangle as 2 adjacent sides are equal.

using the isoceles triangle property, if two sides of a triangle are equal, then corresponding angles are also equal.

Therefore, anglePQR=anglePRQ(PQ=PR)

The line QR is parallel to ST

anglePST=anglePQR(corresponding angles)
anglePTS=anglePRQ(corresponding angles)

using Euclid's axiom no 1.

angle PTS=anglePST
PS=PT
