from this x + x + 40 = 180
2x = 140
x = 70° = <B
OC is a bisector, <OCE = <OCB = y ( say)
y + y + 70 = 180
2y = 110
y = 55° = <C
we know that
<O + <B + <C = 180
<O + 70 + 55 = 180
<O = 180 - 125
<O = 55°
