Hey mate here is your answer!!!!!

I would like to tell him that he should not be lazy and fat as a time will come when even he can't stand up. So I suggest him to do regular exercise at morning and don't watch more Television. It will also damage his eyes. He should also take a walk at least 4 kilometers a day.
