Circle1 D= 24*1/3=8cm implies r=4cm

Circle 2  D=24*2/3=16cm implies r=8cm

Area of Big circle=3.142*12*12=452.45cm^2

Area of other circles:

circle1= 3.142*4*4=50.27cm^2

circle2=3.142*8*8=201.09cm^2

201.09+50.27=251.36

Unshaded=452.45-251.36=201.09

shaded part = 251.36

ratio = 251.36/201.09=1.25=5/4

ratio= 5:4
