It is 50 .
Impulse=450Ns and time=9s then F=J/t =50 where J is linear impulse..

selena17: i will
Anomi: U r still talking to him.. Gud going
selena17: who told u???
selena17: r u mad???
Anomi: Why u ain't talking to me ?
selena17: yaar please try to understand
selena17: i have a problem
Anomi: Plz tell me
Anomi: I'll never text u again
selena17: no need

Q. 19.     Impulse = F * Δt.
       Impulse = area under the graph of F(t) and t.
                     = 1/2 * (10-1) * 100 = 450 Ns

Q 20.  Impulse = change in momentum
            450 N-s = m Δv  = m (v - 0) = m v
            v = 450 N-s /0.200 kg = 2,250 m/sec.

Q21.   If a constant force F acts from t = 1 sec to t = 10 sec on the 0.200 kg model rocket initially at rest, then
           Its impulse = F * 9 = 450 N-s
           F = 450/9 = 50 N

       We can also find the constant acceleration a = 2,250/9 = 250 m/s²
       and then find force F = m a = 0.200 * 250 = 50 N
