As angle <ACB and <ACD lie on a straight line next to each other

              <ACB+<ACD =180

from given <ACD=130

           <ACB = 180-130=50

Now we know that in a triangle sum of angles are 180

<ABC+<ACB+<BAC = 180

<ABC+ 50 + 80 = 180

<ABC = 50

For a triangle to be isoceles two of the angles of the triangle have to be same

As <ABC = <ACB= 50 triangle ABC is an isoceles traingle

Mark as brainliest if it helped
