4/sec^2theta+1/1+cot^2theta+3sin^2theta

=4cos^2theta+1/cosec^2theta+3 sin squared theta

=4 cos square theta + sin square theta + 3 sin square theta

= 4 cos square theta + 4 sin square theta

=4(cos square theta + sin square theta)

=4(1)

=4
