Magnets are used to store data in computers, and are important in scanning machines called MRIs (magnetic resonance imagers), which doctors use to look inside people's bodies.
4)Out of all the above mentioned techniques, filtration is a much better and sensitive approach for separation of a mixture of solid and liquid. This is so because it can be used to separate even smaller solid particles, which may not completely settle down with sedimentation.
