a+d+a+a-d=-3
3a=-3
a= - 1
(a+d)*a*(a-d)=8
a(a^2-d^2)=8
-1(-1^2-d^2)=8
1-d^2=-8
-d^2=-8-1
d^2=9
d=3
The 3 numbers are 2,-1,-4
