cotA=(4/3)

tanA=(3/4)

sinA=3/5,

cosA=4/5

now

  \frac{1 - ( {tana)}^{2} }{1 + ( { tana) }^{2} }  =

 \frac{1 -  \frac{9}{16} }{1 +  \frac{9}{16} }  =  \frac{16 - 9}{16 + 9}  =  \frac{7}{25}

And

  (cosa ) ^{2}  - ( sina)  ^{2}

 =  \frac{16}{25}  -  \frac{9}{25}

 =  \frac{7}{25}

so given statement is correct
