let fixed charge be x and extra charge be y then

ATQ

x+70y = 950 - (1)

x+100y = 1250 -(2)

using elimination method we will get -

30y = 300

y = 10

from (1) we will get

x = 950 - 700

= 250

so the fixed charge will be 250 RS and extra charge will be 10 rs
