According to formula,

Time of flight = u cosФ / g

Time = 2 seconds to 6 seconds

Hence the maximum height is reached by the body at 4 seconds.

Also the position of the body at time = 2 seconds and time = 6 seconds is at the same position. Hence the height can be equated to zero.

So Vertical velocity for this time period will be equated to zero.

So Horizontal Velocity during this time period is constant

=> u cosФ = 80 * Cos 30

=> U cos Ф = 80 * √ 3 / 2

=> U cos Ф = 40 √3 m / s

Hence the average velocity is 40 √ 3 m / s.

Hope it helped !
