4^{-x} = \frac{1}{64}

\frac{1}{4^{x} } = \frac{1}{64}

\frac{1}{4^{x} } = \frac{1}{\sqrt{64} }

\frac{1}{4^{x} } = \frac{1}{4^{3} }
