Step-by-step explanation:

(I)

 { (\frac{ - 2}{3}) }^{4}

on simplifying,you will get:

 =  \frac{16}{81}

Reciprocal of (I) :

   = \frac{81}{16}

(ii)

 \frac{ - 9}{16}

Reciprocal of (ii) :

 \frac{ - 16}{9}

Remember,In reciprocal we interchange numerator and denominator.And if it has minus sign then, minus sign will be at numerator.
