resistance in parallel is 3 / 2 ohm is equal to 1.5 ohm .
total resistance is 2 ohm.
now by ohms law i = v/r
i= 2/2
i= 1.
so current is 1 ampere.
V= ir
v= 1*1.5
voltage in parralel connection is 1.5 volt.
now
i=v/r
i= 1.5/6
i= 0.25a
so current is 0.25 ampere.
total resistance is 2 ohm.
