1. A bad workman when is not able to produce satisfying goods then he blames his tools and makes excuses. Same is with humans when they do something wrong they blame others rather than accepting the mistakes.

3. Everyone knows that after cold months of winter there is always spring which we look out for. Same way Shelley is trying to suggest that after dark times or bad times good will come.

5. Angels are refered to as gods messengers and they are very witty. But fools are fools. And fools don't think before going anywhere. And so they may end up going at a wrong time at wrong place. So, we must think before doing anything.This is what Alexander Pope tries to convey in this quote.
