Answer:

E) 1. Physical - Water cycle ( melting ,evaporation )

                       Crushing an empty milk carton

Chopping a vegetable into pieces etc...

Chemical - Burning of paper and log of wood

                          Digestion of food

                          Baking a cake

Note: melting of wax is physical & chemical change

2) Because o the hot or humid temperature

3) Because the ash cant change again to the base substance (paper, wood)

4) A physical change is a type of change in which the form of matter is altered but one substance is not transformed into another. The size or shape of matter may be changed, but no chemical reaction occurs.

ex: Crushing a can.

A black hole is a region of spacetime where gravity is so strong that nothing—no particles or even electromagnetic radiation such as light—can escape from it. The theory of general relativity predicts that a sufficiently compact mass can deform spacetime to form a black hole.
