a)A man jumping into a well for swimming goes down in free fall.

There are no external objects touching your body and exerting a force. As such, you would experience a weightless sensation.
c)When a coin and a feather are dropped simultaneously from the same height, the coin strikes the ground first. This is because of friction.
The air resistance or friction by air for the feather will be more due to its large surface area. So the coin will go fast and strike the ground.
