At 10 m

pe = mgh = 10 \times 10 \times 10 = 1000 \: j

ke = 0

me = pe + ke = 1000 + 0 = 1000j

Mechanical energy will be conserved . So it will be same at all heights .

Use mgh formula for k.e. for each height h .

For p.e. use total /mechanical energy - p.e.
