Since, the cost price of both the shirts is the same, let the cost price be x.
Case 1 :
Cost Price = x
Profit = 4/100 of C.P. = 4x/100
Selling Price = C.P. + Profit
= x + 4x/100 = 104x/100
Case 2:
Cost Price = x
Profit = 5/100 of C.P.
= 5x/100
selling price = C.P. + Profit = x + 5x/100
Given that, the difference between the profits is Rs. 6
Therefore, 105x/100 - 104x100 = 6
X/100= 600
Ans : C.P. = Rs. 600
Selling Price of shirt 1 = 104x /100 = 104 /100*600= Rs 624
Selling Price of shirt 2 = 105x /10 = 105/100*600. = RRs 630
Hope it helps!
