 \sf \:given  \:   { \sqrt[3]{{x }^{2} } }^{ \frac{3}{4} }  \\  \\  \large =  \sf  {x}^{2 \times  \frac{1}{ \cancel3}  \times  \frac{ { \cancel3} }{4} }  \\  \\   \sf  \large=  {x}^{ \cancel2 \times  \frac{1}{{ \cancel4 }^{2} } }  \\  \\  \large \sf =  {x}^{ \frac{1}{2} }

some laws of exponents are used here which are :-

 \sf  \sqrt[b]{a}  =  {a}^{ \frac{1}{b} }
