We know that,

Current (I) = charge (Q) / time ( t)

So,

Time(t) = charge (Q) / current (I)

GIVEN:

Current , I = 0.5 Ampere

Charge, Q = 100 coulomb

Hence,

Time (t) = 100 / 0.5 seconds

Time (t) = 200 sec

SO IT WILL TAKE 200 SEC OR WE CAN SAY 3 MINUTES 20 SECONDS TO MOVE THE 100 C OF CHARGE WITH A CURRENT OF 0.5 AMPERES.
