Given :-

➡️ Diameter of semicircle = 10 m

➡️ π = 3.14

To find :-

➡️ Perimeter of semicircle.

Formula used :-

➡️P = π r+ d

where :-

⏺️P = perimeter of semicircle

⏺️r = radius

⏺️d = diameter

Solution :-

➝ Diameter of semicircle = 10 m

➝ Radius of semicircle = 10/2 m = 5 m

➝ P = (3.147×5)+ 10

➝ P = 15.735+ 10

➝ P = 25.735 m

Answer :-

➡️ Option (c) 25.7 m is correct

Additional-Information :-

Area of circle = π r²

Area of square = (side)²

Area of rectangle = length × breath

Circumference of circle = 2πr

Perimeter of square = 4 × side

Perimeter of rectangle = 2( length+breadth)

Perimeter of any figure = sum of all sides of that figure

Answer:

Given :-

  • Diameter of a semicircle = 10 cm
  • π = 3.147

To Find :-

  • What is the perimeter of a semicircle.

Formula Used :-

Perimeter of a semicircle = πr + d

Solution :-

Given :

  • Diameter = 10 cm
  • π = 3.147

First, we have to find the radius,

We know that,

⇒ Radius = Diameter ÷ 2

⇒ Radius = 10 ÷ 2

Radius = 5 cm

Now, we have to find the perimeter of a semicircle,

According to the question by using the formula we get,

Perimeter = 3.147 × 5 + 10

Perimeter = 15.735 + 10

Perimeter = 25.735

The perimeter of a semicircle is 25.7 m (approx). .

Hence, the correct options is option no (C) 25.7 m.
