P=25W V=100V
NOW, P=VI
25=100×I
I=1/4
NOW,I=1/4 V=50V
P=VI
P=50×1/4
P=12.5W

Here u cant use p=vi bcoz its useless as u will get 2 values of current for different powers nd u dont need current.Here u need to find the resistance of the bulb frm the rated power and then using it find the new power.Hope u understud!!
