PLO are those which provide the appropriate environment and various other needs for the functional maturation of the lymphocytes(and also rejection of weak lymphocytes) into B and T lymphocytes.POL are of 2 types namely Red bone marrow n thymus gland.

SLO are those where mature lymphocytes are stored and they provide immunity to our body like spleen,tonsil,payers patches,MALT,etc
