( \frac{1}{5} x + 2y)( \frac{2}{3}x - y)

 \frac{1}{5}x( \frac{2}{3}x - y) + 2y( \frac{2}{3}x - y)

 \frac{2}{15} {x}^{2} -  \frac{1}{5}xy +  \frac{4}{3}xy - 2 {y}^{2}

 \frac{2}{15} {x}^{2} +  \frac{17}{15}xy - 2 {y}^{2}
