 \sqrt{ {2}^{n} }  = 64

 \sqrt{ {2}^{n} }  =  {2}^{6}

 {2}^{n}  =  {2}^{ \frac{6}{2} }

 {2}^{n}  =  {2}^{3}

n = 3

hope it helps
