Given : Angle B < Angle A
Angle C < Angle D. ¶

To prove : AD < BC. ¶

Proof : In ∆ ABO,
Angle B < Angle A ........(Given)
AO < BO ........(As side opposite to
larger angle is longer) (I)

Now,
In ∆OCD,
Angle C < Angle D
OD < OC .......(As side opposite to
larger angle is longer) (II)

Adding (I) and (II)

AO + OD < BO + OC
AD < BC
Proved. ¶
