For acid and base ,
Concentration of HNO3,
M= M1V1 - M2V2/V1 + V2
= 1 × 100 - 0.8 × 100/100+100
= 0.1 = 10^-1
Cocentraion of H^+ = 10^ -1
pH = - log(10^-1)
= 1
Ans= (H^+) = 10^-1 , pH = 1
