answer is D...
because OMe shows +M effect which stabilises positive charge in carbocation.... because in Option D only the resonance with positive charge occur... and in rest of the options positive charge cannot do resonance with lone pair of O in OMe...
also +H effect is also there in every option... but 1st priority should be given to +M effect.. because it is strongest....
