I heard that your mom is really worried that you aren't disciplined and act rude to all. I know you don't do it but you might have done in some tension or anger. But it's very important to be disciplined in front of others as it says who you are in a second. If they once felt you aren't disciplined, they will not believe even if u be good to them. It's such a serious and important thing to be followed. Remember that we can live successfully and happily even without education and money but discipline is must. Discipline can make you reach heights. No matter what ever happens, both talent and discipline will make you win. Only one cannot, both are required.
