Answer:

5.Hey there!

We know that Opposite angles of a parallelogram are congruent.

Therefore, 3x-10=2x+35

=> 3x-2x = 35+10

=> x=45°

Hence, the angles are 3x-10=3*45-10=125°.

We know that adjacent angles of a parallelogram form a linear pair.

180-125=55°.

Therefore the angles of the parallelogram are 125° ,55°,125°,55°

6.

Given :- ABCD is a trapezium

AB || CD

AD = BC

To proof :-

(i)∠A = ∠B

(i) Since it's given ABCD is a trapezium

AB || CD

DA || CE ( By construction)

Therefore, ADCE is a parallelogram

So, DA = CE &

DC = AE ( Opposite side of parallelogram are equal )

But, AD = BC

Therefore, BC = CE ( Given )

∠CEB = ∠CBE ( In ∆ CBE angles opposite to equal sides are equal )

180° - ∠DAB = 180° - ∠ABC

[ ADCE is a parallelogram and ∠A + ∠E = 180° ∠B & ∠CBE form a linear pair ]

∠A = ∠B ( Cancelling 180° from both sides)

7.

Sum of two adjacent angle of rhombus is 180° and opposite angle are equal

so Q+R=180

64+R=180

R=180-64

R=116

P=R=116  degrees

S=Q=64 degress

So,PRS is a diagonal here, therefore Angle PRS =116/2=58 degrees
