just find the dot product of the two which is 2e + 12
now find unit vector along second vector which is
2i +3j/ √{13}
{2e +12} / √13 ×( 2i +3j)
make sure is it e or some value
and
in second vector there can't be equality sign as 2i can never be eual to 3j
