Just connect SP. The triangles so formed will be congruent by RHS.
Thus the figure has two congruent trapeziums where bases are 30m and 20m and height = 20/2 = 10m
Area of 2 trapeziums = 2*1/2*10(30+20) = 500m²
Area of figure = 500m²
