I suggest you don't stress yourself, take it easy.
✒️Study around 4-5 hours a day.
✒️Give more time and attention to Biology, since it has the maximum amount of marks, 360.
✒️I suggest 2-3 hours for biology, 1 for physics and chemistry each.
✒️ Focus on NCERT, since the basis material is that. Practice as many MCQs as possible, solve previous years papers, as questions are often repeated.
✒️Don't forget to go out, play sports and meet your friends to relieve stress- 6 months is a long time, you need to keep up your strength!
✒️You can use any other decent books like Pradeep, Arihant or S Chand for extra information.
✒️You can always adjust your timings if you feel some topic requires more time.
AND PREPARE YOUR OWN TIMETABLE ACCORDING TO IT
