We are given, a4 = 11
a + 3d = 11 ......................................(1)
a + 6d = 20 .......................................(2)
By Solving Eqn (1) and (2)
We have d = 3
and , a = 2
so, s5 = 5/2 [2(2) + 4(3)]
= 5[2+6]
= 5[8] = 40
