x+y = 8
z-x = 6
Adding both equations
=>y+z = 14 ----------(1)
Now, x+z=13 & x+y=8
=> x = 13-z & x = 8-y
=> 13-z = 8-y
=> y-z = -5 ----------(2)
Adding 1 and 2
2y = 9
=> y = 9/2
putting in (1)
9/2+z=14
=> z= 19/2
putting value of z in z-x = 6
19/2-x=6
=> x=7/2
