• Right to speak
• Right to freedom.... like it there are many Fundamental duties given by constitution to the citizens... that's why iy helps To leader .....avoid that kind of situation like srilanka..

17 ans :- when power is take from central government and give to State or local government....this is known as decentralisation ...
