I) a number is divisible by 4 if it's last two digits are divisible by 4, so here A can be 0, 2, 4, 6, 8.

ii) a number is divisible by 9 if the sum of the digits is divisible by 9. So here,

9+8+A+4=21+A so a can be only 6.

therefore A=6
