ATQ,

The changes in a function y and the independent variable x are related as under:-

dy/dx = x²

dy = x². dx

To find y as a function  of x , we need to integrate both sides.

∴ Integrating both sides,

∫dy = ∫x².dx

Using Integration identity :-  x ⁿ = ( x ⁿ⁺¹ / n+1 ) + C

( Where C = Integral Constant  )

∴ After Integrating we get,

   y = ( x³/3 ) + C

∴ y as a function of x is represented as y = ( x³/3 ) + C.
